1. Service Description & AI Simulation Disclosure
Smooth Operator provides confidence, communication, and self-presentation feedback for dating and matchmaking profiles. Our Chat Simulator utilizes fictional AI-powered female personas with AI-generated profile photos, simulated bios, and realistic messaging styles. These personas are entirely fictional, synthetically generated representations (Synthetically Generated Information - SGI) designed strictly for user-guided conversation practice. They do not represent real individuals, active dating profiles, or live agents, and any resemblance to actual persons is purely coincidental. The platform is not a matchmaking portal, friend-finder, or adult dating site.
2. Eligibility, Consent & Verification
You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use our tools. Smooth Operator strictly prohibits registration by minors (individuals under 18). By accessing our services, you declare and warrant that you are of legal age. Verifiable age validation may be requested at any time. Data processing is based on your free, specific, informed, and unconditional consent, which can be withdrawn at any time in your account settings.
3. Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act Compliance
In compliance with the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, we act as a Data Fiduciary for the personal data you upload (including profile screenshots and chat records). We process this data solely for generating analysis, diagnostics, and reviewer feedback. We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access or breaches. Your data is stored securely and is deleted automatically when your account is terminated or upon request, unless retention is required by Indian law. 4. Prohibited Content, Behavior & Misrepresentation
You agree not to upload any materials containing nudity, pornography, explicit sexual requests, obscene imagery, or harassment. In accordance with Section 319 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) regarding cheating by personation, you agree not to use our simulated AI personas to deceive, defraud, or impersonate other individuals. Any attempt to record, scrape, export, or misrepresent the simulated interactions for fraudulent purposes will result in immediate account termination and legal action.
5. Payments, Subscriptions & Razorpay Terms
Subscription plans (Smooth Plus, Elite Operator) are billed in advance via Razorpay or other designated gateways. We operate in full compliance with RBI payment aggregation rules, PCI DSS requirements, and card tokenization standards. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Since services are provisioned instantly (AI tokens consumed and gig-reviewers engaged), payments are strictly non-refundable once processed. In the event of subscription termination, active benefits continue until the end of the billing period.
6. Reviewer Confidentiality & Gig-Worker Terms
Our human reviewers are independent contractors governed by the Code on Social Security, 2020. Reviewers are strictly bound by non-disclosure and confidentiality obligations. They are prohibited from storing, exporting, screenshotting, or sharing any user-uploaded data or images. Any breach of user privacy by a reviewer will lead to immediate service termination, permanent platform ban, and prosecution under the IT Act, 2000 and the BNS.
7. Disclaimer of Outcomes & Platform Liability
Smooth Operator provides tips, statistics, and subjective reviewer viewpoints. We make no guarantees, warranties, or assertions regarding the number of matches, dates, relationships, or social engagements you will secure. Intermediary safe harbor under Section 79 of the IT Act is maintained by providing immediate grievance redressal and proactive moderation of synthetic content.
